Fundamental Class (60 minutes):
This class will focus on the foundations of the Pilates Method: abdominal control, breathing, centering, concentration, precision, and flow.
Introduction to the vocabulary and sequence of exercises
Basic posture and body awareness is emphasized throughout.
Series of 6 sessions, twice per week
Basic Class (60 minutes)
A more dynamic with emphasis on fluidity of movement. Arm weights, magic circle, and wall exercises may be included.

Intermediate Class (60 minutes)
Intermediate Mat Classes are designed to challenge those who have mastered the basic class. Emphasis is now placed on muscle control and strength.
